I'm used to bad weather, living in Chicago. That cold, sometimes artic-feeling wind off Lake Michigan. Brrr. The joke in Chicago is that we have one month of summer and eleven months of winter.
This year it was kind of true. Things didn't truly warm up until June.

Neil Gaiman is kind of sexy, but sadly far too young for me.
And he is unfortunately far too married for me!
Yep. He's hot here. No getting around it.
I've never read one of his books.
You must read "Good Omens". It's a collaboration with Terry Pratchett and very funny.
American Gods is very good, too. A little darker than some of his other work, though.
Good Omens is great, I agree. Especially if you like British humor (and I'm assuming you do, being married to a Brit).
I'm not just married to a Brit, I am a Brit! Born and bred in Brighton, England (on the South Coast near London).
So, yes, I like British humour. (See, even the spelling is British.)
Ah, yes. Now I remember you saying something about that earlier.
I've always wanted to visit England. Hopefully, someday I will be able to.
I hope you do; it's quite a nice place really. Apart from the food. And the weather.
Now I want to visit Italy again because that country has good food AND good weather.
