Writing is at an effing standstill. I don't know what it is. Maybe I'm just exhausted from the long-ass commute for the last few months.
However, I was talking to someone about my Nano novel this weekend, and how far behind I am on the second draft. (As in, I've not really started the second draft). And she had some good suggestions.
I tell you, the writing part is easy peasy for me (most of the time). It's re-writing and editing that I suck at. Technically, though, those things are the true writing anyway.

It's easy to read, which is all I care about. How's the job hunt? And (most important question) have you been actually writing? Hmmm??
