New Routine?

Okay. I really love the yoga routine Baron Baptiste does, but the full routine is an hour and a half. I don't have that kind of time. I hear Jillian Michaels is coming out with a new yoga CD (three routines, 20 minutes each). Just how kick ass is she?

Also, any workout routines you guys love and want to share would be appreciated. I'm looking for something where I can get a lot of work done in a short amount of time. Michaels claims to do that. Thoughts?

Can't help with the yoga I'm afraid. But to keep my flabbiness at bay and to enable me to run up 10 steps without collapsing - I cannot, cannot recommend ENOUGH the wonderful and ever so fabulous... Rosemary Conley. I swear by all her keep fit dvds.

Ok , I feel totally old now.

Jillian kicks butt - on TV. Not sure about DVDs, except a friend at work likes them.

There is the AM/PM yoga series that has 15 minute routines. I liked them, but I really wanted to spend longer on each stretch.

Yoga isn't my thing, but I can advise on leg warmer feng shui if you work out near indoor plants or a hammock.

No indoor plants or a hammock, Whirl, but I do have a couple of overstuffed book cases and a futon. Will that do?
